Shipping costs

A contribution for the shipping costs will be charged to the customer:

- SDA or GLS shipping expenses in ITALY 12,50 euros + VAT (produced quantities 1/10).

- Courier GLS shipping expenses ABROAD 16,00 euros + VAT (subject to change depending on the location and quantity).

- Carriage free shipments are possible by using your own carrier

• Products are transported at the risk of the customer. You can secure it with an increase in price on shipping.

• Possibility to pick up the material at our location.

• For the issue of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of order will be proof. No change in the bill will be possible after the issue thereof.

• Products travel either with packaging made from the manufacturer or in cardboard boxes properly sealed. In no case other sealing materials are used.

• Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check that the packaging is not damaged, wet or altered

• The products are delivered to the carrier in the afternoon and the next day the courier can deliver at these times: from 8.30 to 13.00; from 14.00 to 18.00, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday. Usually the delivery takes place in the morning. In case of absence, you will find a "transit advice note" in the letterbox, which you have to call the carrier with, and arrange a new delivery. If the withdrawal is to be carried out at the courier’s location it must be authorized by MC RACING SRL.

• MC RACING SRL disclaims any liability in case of delay in the order or delivery of goods ordered.

• Any external damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported to the courier who delivers, adding the word "withdrawal conditional" on the appropriate document and confirmed within 8 days either by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to MC RACING SRL, whose address is written on the accompanying document, or e-mail to INFO@MCRACING.IT. In the specific case of damaged package please write "withdrawal conditional because the package is damaged”

Once the courier’s delivery has been signed, the customer could not complain anymore about the external peculiarities of the delivered goods. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within eight days of receipt. Any damages or hidden defects must be reported immediately to the Customer Service of MC RACING SRL by sending an email to INFO@MCRACING.IT

• Any report after these terms will not be taken into account. For each statement, the customer takes over full responsibility for what stated.

A variable amount si charged, depending on shipping address and total items number

- For purchased item number between 0 and 10 € 12,50
- For purchased item number over 11 € 15,00
- For purchased item number between 0 and 10 € 12,50
