Upon delivery of the order the customer will pay the amount in cash directly to the carrier. The maximum order amount for cash payments is set at a maximum of €. 499.99.

If paying by bank transfer the order will be shipped only after receiving confirmation of acceptance from the bank. Payment must be made within 3 days from the date of order. Beyond this deadline, the order will be automatically canceled. The bank transfer details must necessarily indicate the order number, order date, and either the company name, or the name and surname of the customer.

In case of purchase of goods by credit card as a payment method, the Bank will provide to authorize only the charge amount of the purchase. In case of cancellation by both the customer and  in case of rejection of the contract by MC RACING SRL,  MC RACING SRL will require the cancellation of the transaction and the repayment of the amount committed.

The release times depend exclusively on the banking system and can reach up to their due date (24 days from the date of authorization). Once the cancellation of the transaction is carried out,  MC RACING SRL will not be in any case be held responsible for delays and / or damage caused by the banking system

Therefore MC RACING SRL can not be held responsible for any fraudulent use of credit cards by a third party upon payment of products purchased on its website. Upon confirmation of your order, your credit card data will be transferred via secure connection to the bank for authorization and charge.
